Responsibility, Is It Something To Be Welcomed Or To Be Afraid Of?

Are you holding any position in any organization,Does the position to care for a family fall on you or are you entrusted with any thing by someone? Well,for this and the likes,YOU ARE SIMPLY RESPONSIBLE.In our day to day living and in various endeavors one cannot completely deny being held responsible.But pause for a while and think of what responsibility is and what it is not.Is it something to be afraid of or to be welcomed

without necessarily giving a second thought to? Before going into that we need to understand that there are two types of responsibilities, "Inherited and Imposed" So now let us look into the first one which later gives way for the imposed one.

 A father for eg, is no doubt wholly responsible for his family, a businessman  likewise need to give a good account of himself and you as an adult have to account for yourself in some better ways on how to take good care of yourself....,

Things in the likes of the above mentioned are to be looked on as an inherited responsibility. 

Then for the later which is the imposed type that I mentioned earlier comes as the results of the vacuum created by the former. 

Eg: a father may die giving way for his unprepared sons or daughters to man his position, this is where fears sets in, there you see questions upon questions begging for answers that are hard to come by, such as how can I do this and that, could I be able,what if this comes up instead of that,who will go if that eventually happens,what happens to A or if B does that?

 Different ideas and opportunities come up but no way to utilize them due to limited experiences or lack of it. 

You vexed and throw out things but at the same time gathers back and consoles yourself; you faints but all by yourself still looks for water to cool your head, you fall and up you stand, this way and that way until you finally gets hold of the situation after much of humiliations and disappointments and gradually things started taking shape.

Brave! indeed as you now beats your chest and somehow heaves a sigh of reliefs.

You seem to have won and now ready to take the position that you managed to conquer and no doubt since you have gained control over it you are now RESPONSIBLE. but then, has the journey ended? ask yourself but if not, you aren't to be reminded that the struggle must continue. And guess what?

 That to survive is simply a CONTINUOUS process.So take hold of it any how it comes and grow along with it. optimist.....
