But in a layman tone here, we are going to look into this topic that had attracted many bloggers and writers of all sorts to give their varying opinions on it. Our strengths, Our weaknesses how could that be? Instead of from strengths to strengths, we are here talking about being a little bit more careful with our strengths less it become weaknesses.
This should be a general concern because we are all involved as humans of all ethnics groups and different countries of origins. We ve' all got one strength or the other that needs to be guarded from becoming something else. For instance, vehicles are equipped with high speeds but that doesn't mean that the drivers are to be reckless in their movements.
To start with, just like the chains which is strongest in it's weakest point, our various strengths at different areas could as well be most gullible in other areas that it might be expected to be strongest, but that is just natural even though we may wrongly not have seen it like that.
We have all got focus as the results of our strengths which makes us to do some certain things much better than others to the admiration of the onlookers or those who have come know us to be that strong at that particular things.
With such areas of our strengths, the last things that comes to our minds is failure on that aspect come what may because we has this beliefs that 'there's no shaking at all', some had even earned 'KEROSENE' as nick names in such areas of their strengths to signify infallible. But how infallible are there in true senses of it of it?
Perceived Areas Of Strengths That Enough Cares Needs To Be Taken
1. Cleverness In Business:
When it comes to business practices, some are usually more sharp than others in making speedy decisions that could make things come their ways and which means more gains and progress with their business which is commendable and equally what business is all about, but on the down side of it, many of these set of persons have allowed the cleverness to become highly entangled with outright greediness thus making it inseparable.
Any place there are deals to be made, they are always there before every other persons, struggling with starters or beggars who could barely afford to eat a single meal in a day because of how difficult things are for them.

These greedy sets of business moguls scoops every thing and have them stored and make things difficult for the average man on the streets to obtain and manage their life with.
They have the strengths to acquire those things, but how would you describe such strengths if you are asked to? Instead of doing that, your strengths would be further proven to be more if you could make things available for the less privileged ones to continuously manage their life with.
2. Ability To Defend One's Self:
You are known to be an expressive person and hardly anyone hears you talk without dancing to your tones and granting whatever requests you makes of them.
This is good and can take a person far in life because you are using your God given talents to the fullest possible, but beware not to allow that become your weakest point in life and gets to be detested because of.
If left unguarded, such a free flow of words from your mouth could gradually turn you into a liar and gradually lead to your falling out favor in the eyes of those that once view you as an expressive person. When this happens, you would become known as talkative.
Being free with words out of one's mouth is a gift if properly put to some good uses instead of using it to defraud others and later gets exposed to the public as an extortioner and lazy person who depends on getting things falsely from unsuspecting fellows because of the sweetness of his/her tongue.
Though this can be developed by any serious individual but anyone with the gift of free expressions with ease, should use the power of the tongue to heal others up and serve as a soothing oils to the broken hearts and live sincerely from doing that as such person's sincerity would be seen by those that has been dearly touched to have things exchanged with them for an equalizing in some necessary ways.
3. More Knowledgeable Than Others On Some Things:
These set of people share some things in common with those who has the natural gifts of expressing themselves. Those with good knowledge of things are always assets to have around people as they often serve as eyes to the blinds.
Such ones are always called on to represent others on things with complete trusts that their in-dept knowledge in that particular field is for the general good and that the last things to come their minds, is doing anything funny to deceive or betray the trusts of the people in them.

This may sound archaic, but to be sincere with ourselves, how was the situation in those days when things were used to being done that way? Despite the facts that technology seem to be putting everyone in the know today in all areas of life, there are yet still others who depend on those with more knowledge in some particular fields to have things done for them with full trust that nothing could go wrong.
Come what may, they must be people to be entrusted with more responsibilities than others due to their level of knowledge. If given this opportunity, how do we go about with them? If mismanaged, it could slip from our hands and have us projected as untrustworthy person.

Good! But to what extent do we allow this to get into our heads making us to act in a haste and loose out in what we could have effortlessly gotten because of our waiting attitude?
Focusing on ladies here, Your beauties could serve as both gateways for something great to your life and can as well be the reason for ending your wonderful opportunities woefully in life because of pure greed and inpatient to have things done at the proper times for them.

That is usually the easiest ways to catch ladies unawares and taken advantage of, before they realize how loosely they had entrusted their cares into the hands of the opportunists.
Beauty is the strength of ladies which is meant to be guarded. If properly guarded, would have more strengths added to the ones they have with other good things too numerous to mention coming to their ways.
5. Strengths On Its Own:
We all have strengths and are good in showing it to others. Even in that strengths, it means more strengths to us that we have it by being humble to accept the fact that we don't have the answers to all problems or challenges. Having a positive attitudes in others that they can do things more than you also shows how strong you are.

Other Possible Areas That Needs Attention
Other areas that needs attention when it comes to managing our strengths in order not to become our weakness are usually in the offices where some of us may be serving as bosses and orders taken from us.
Many at times we wrongly believe that whatever we know is the best and the last option for the office even when such ideology is busy wrecking havoc on the company. It doesn't take anything away from us but rather adds to it by being humble enough to accept the fact that we don't know it all.
When we do this, we would open great doors for our subordinates to put us through while we maintain the smooth flows of the day to day running of the company instead of tearing it down with our prides.
There are more than enough ways to show ourselves as humble servants but with clear visions of what we are using that to protect even as the overall manager of whatever company or firm under our control.
Power is sweet but absolute power causes more harms than good and that is what strengths does to any one of us if not properly managed thus leading it to becoming our weakness.
