A Company Where All The Employees Are Managers

A company that hold all it's staff responsible and as managing directors. What type of company could that be, and what does it take to work with such a nice company? Well, it would be a dream come true to be working in a company like that. But surprisingly though, all of have the opportunity and has been working working with the company unknowingly.
Yearly, different companies do come up with new strategies to start the new year with and to perfect what they did wrongly the previous year and to better their bests. That's why we usually have companies both big and small coming up with varying calendar designs and at the same time showing to the public what they are up to and the values they hope to impact to them as well if they do business with them. And that we call, marketing!

 Then aside from that which were shown to the public, there are also the private documents outlining how the physical year would run along with some newly implemented strategics as the results of previous year experiences and so on. That takes the form of planning!

 This carefully written articles contains the program for the whole year and no wonder that those who selected to handle this are always highly meticulous and extraordinarily careful so as not to omit any valuable information needed for use. Yes, accurate!

But despite all this and no matter how carefully planned the year's schedule may be, there must/may arise some needs for flexibility as results of some unexpected happenings during the year if the year's program is to run smoothly. What about that?

 If after all these, things still go unexpectedly wrong, to the extent that neither the CEO's, MD's, nor others in the company could do much if any thing to correct immediately, sometimes at at time like this one would begin to hear and to see some funny things taking place and without mentioning anything by name, you know for sure that all the things unfolding at such times would simply be messy coupled with much blames and attacks especially if the omission or the leakages come from the year's schedule, which planners happens to be the best among the rest.

 You would also be bound to be hearing some questions and and prepared answers pouring in from all corners as if the year's schedule came up in those pages by itself which is not true. What is taking place and which most of us tends to shy away from is nothing other than Human Limited Abilities (HLA) for short.

Undeterred and while all these may be going on, the time, figures, and realities of life are busy doing what they are programmed to be doing by the Creator. And rightly so because they owe no one any apology, not even you and your companies! But if we're humble enough, we would one and all acknowledge the indisputable fact, that as humans, we are highly limited and that the power to see beyond the present is not ours and can never be as long as we remain imperfect humans. We can only try our best most of the times but not always. Yeah, the lapses are reserved for us for being humans and not God.

So you see, in spite of the various qualifications of those behind the now faulty schedule, human imperfections still reared its ugly but reality heads. Since the blames of all those concerned cannot do much to change a thing, it is therefore better to put heads together to readjust all the needed and accommodate the new inputs brought up by realistic checks and move forward and become stronger for some greater challenges ahead. Know this:
 Challenges will keep coming because you are capable of handling them and they make you that strong man or woman that you are.

From the foregoing some of you reading this might be tempted by now, to exclude their selves from it all by giving the excuses that they are not working for any company and are not even interested to do that in the nearest future.
 Good! that is right and highly commendable, but be that as true and interesting as it may sound, it is also of interest to know that we are all managing and working for a company whether we agree or not, but the good and the challenging aspects of this company is that we're the ones responsible for the day to day running of it, unlike the above mentioned and the one that some of us may have in mind.

 Also remember, in case you are tempted to quickly run into any other wrong conclusions, but before you does that, let me save you the day. It is not our various families either. Rather what I have in mind here is the one that we are individually responsible for. Ourselves!

As an individual, we are the ones wholly responsible to map out our year's programs so to speak and we are equally wise not to leave most of the 356/7 days that make the year to some mere chances because we are not the product of a mere chances.

some times things go bad, what do we do?

 Again, we don't have to blame it on anybody whenever there is anything that goes wrong due to whatever mistakes we may had allowed ourselves into. Let us get ourselves equipped and know that the reasons why people are going through various challenges in their lives are simply because of the above mentioned H.L.A., at other times, it might be because of some greedy choices that one makes.

If  we could be able to really take our time and pay enough attentions to whatever we allow ourselves into, and be honest enough with oneself concerning our abilities to do things we agreed on doing, most of the unnecessary enmities we are creating among ourselves will be highly reduced to the nearest minimum. And whatever we individually senses to be wrong to get involved, the earlier we withdraw the better it would be for us.
