How many people are still where they are today because of fear? how many dreams has gone under the drain because those who had them were not convinced enough to follow it up? many others too got lost along the way because there were busy positioning and repositioning themselves endlessly in order to get it perfectly right at the first instance without failing.

Do not allow unfounded fears to keep you stagnant.

 School life should have been enough to get it into our heads that in practical, life must not be without some failures if we are really to get the best out of it. It is so sad that fear of failure prevents many otherwise capable people from pursuing their vision. This needs to be avoided and to do so, we all must learn to overcome our reluctance to risk failing on our faces if we are to succeed.

 Understandably fear is natural, but we must not allow it to paralyze and prevent us from pursuing our visions in life. Consider this: In 1982, at the height of the most severe recession in the U.S.since the Great Depression,K.Wilson, the founder of Holiday Inns, spoke with a group of students in the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia to discuss the opportunities he saw for entrepreneurs in the future.

It all starts from daring!

Wilson's view of the future was bright. He told them emphatically how fortunate they were to be living at a time when there was such an abundance of opportunity. A student challenged him that it was easy for him, an extremely successful business man to say such things because he had never experienced failure, Wilson responded,"I've failed more than you've tried."

   The point here is very simple, it does not matter how many times you try and fail. put simply, every body fails. while writing this post for instance, I failed because I hit a wrong button and everything went off and I started all over that's why you have the opportunity to read it.

 So what matters is your ability to try again and again. Every man and woman of courage, must expect and deal with failures because it is such a fundamental part of learning. We all fails while learning to master something. It is an unavoidable and essential part of a process that leads to success. Your vision will never become a reality if you are not able to deal with your failures.

 A person can have an abundance of ideas, but success depends on what he does with these ideas, not merely having them. Chances are that an idea believed to be original has already been conceived by somebody who failed to do anything with it.

 Discard whatever fear you may have because it only takes one good idea to be a stunning success.an open secret there in is to build on that idea. Think of so many discoveries we are enjoying today because those who had them pursued it. If fear of failure prevents many talented people from mentioning their ideas to others or from following through completely on them, they thereby deprive themselves and others of so many benefits.

   PLEASE do away with the ideas that the key to success is to avoid failure; it is not so. that is why some people stay with the things they know, and seldom trying anything new. These people fail because the surest and easiest way to fail in the long term is to continue doing what you did yesterday, mindlessly following proven tradition. for God's sake, things are changing, and times along with it. If we do not change accordingly, we will not succeed.

Don't be among those who attribute success to mere dumb luck. Winning a lottery may seem like a matter of luck, but at least you have to buy a lottery ticket to win.
